Vine co-founder Dom Hofmann launches Byte, a Vine-like short-form video app, on iOS and Android, goals to begin its spouse program to pay creators “quickly”  —  Two years after Vine’s co-founder Dom Hofmann introduced he was once construction a successor to the short-form video app, as of late Byte makes its debut on iOS and Android.
